Returns

At TTI we strive to provide you with the best products we can. If we fail to meet that goal or you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us so we can work to make it right. The terms of our return and exchange policy can be found below.

Returns:

All TTI Purchases are eligible for return up to 21 days after purchase.

Returns are accepted on new, uninstalled products and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned products will be inspected and TTI reserves the right to reject a return if a part is deemed to be blemished or damaged.

Items must be returned with all original packaging and hardware.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Exchanges:

Products that are uninstalled, undamaged, and unblemished may be exchanged for full original purchase value towards another TTI product.

Exchanges can be processed any time after the original purchase date.

Exchanged items must be returned with all original packaging and hardware.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
